Job Description

• Develop and maintain internal products that are essential to the employee experience and efficient internal processes
• Promote first-rate software quality, team practices, processes, and standards in your team
• Guide teammates with technical leadership through mentorship, coaching, expertise and the promotion of growth areas within the team
• Shape products for our developers, taking into account their feedback and opinions
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain Wix internal products
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement in the team
  
  

• A Software Engineer with 4+ years experience, with at least 2 years leading a team
• Experienced in leading major efforts, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results within established timelines
• Up to date with the latest frontend and infrastructure trends, and a willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Effective collaborating with cross-functional teams, product managers, and other stakeholders
