The Role:
GalacticAds is looking for a motivated and strategic thinker to join our Business Development team.
As a Experienced Business Development Manager (Demand Side), you will play a critical role in expanding our demand network by identifying and onboarding high-potential mobile apps seeking to scale their in-app performance. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and onboarding.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential apps and partners looking to scale their in-app performance campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified demand partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals with mobile app developers and publishers.
- Report on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and key business insights to management.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development, particularly within the AdTech industry- Must 1-5 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and deal-closing skills.
- Independently hunt and identify promising mobile apps that align with our traffic and monetization capabilities.
- Research and find relevant decision-makers (e.g., UA managers, marketing leads) to initiate contact and pitch partnership opportunities
- English, Must!
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- A proactive learner with a creative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships at once
- Experience working with CRM tools

This is a full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, based in Kiryat Ono.
