We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented C&B Analyst to join our Finance team.
In this role, you'll take part in designing and analyzing global compensation programs – including OTE modeling, annual merit cycles, and RSU & bonus planning – while partnering closely with HR and Finance.
This is a great opportunity to join a global company in a role where data meets strategy.
What you'll do:
- Maintain and update OTE data and recommendations
- Support annual merit budgeting and allocation
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel & Power BI
- Help model RSU and bonus distributions
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance to align pay and performance
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in compensation, FP&A, or HR analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, modeling)
- Power BI knowledge – strong advantage
- Experience in global C&B processes (merit cycles, equity)
- Strong communicator – fluent in Hebrew & English
- Background in Compensation & Benefits – a big plus!
