Tesker Engineering specializes in engineering services, prefabricated (precast) construction, and project support and management, offering clients comprehensive solutions across all stages of complex construction projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Michael Leading Carmiel Ltd. and its subsidiary, Tesker Engineering Ltd., through their next phase of growth and operational excellence. The CEO will be responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction, operational performance, financial results, and business development.

• Provide strategic leadership and vision aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to maintain profitability and growth.
• Drive business development and sales initiatives to expand market share and customer base.
• Manage the operations and growth of Tesker Engineering, including crane services and prefabricated construction.
• Foster a strong organizational culture and lead a high-performing management team.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
• Represent the company in high-level partnerships, government relations, and industry forums.

• Proven leadership experience in the transportation, logistics, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong skills in finance, operations management, and strategic business planning.
• Demonstrated success in sales growth and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction services, especially precast and crane operations, is a plus.
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – both written and spoken (preferred).
