We are looking for a strategic and experienced Service, Sales and Customers Training and Tools Senior Manager to lead our global training programs for technical service teams, sales colleges and partners, using training methods. Knowledge bases modifications and Service AI tools implementation.
In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing world-class training initiatives that ensure consistent, high-quality service and support across all regions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global Service and Sales Training team, including regional trainers and content developers.
- Design and implement training strategies for field service engineers, technical support, and service partners.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for products, troubleshooting, repair procedures, and safety standards.
- Define and develop in house and 3rd parties Service AI tools and implementations.
- Lead and maintain the company knowledge centers and data bases for internal use and customers information gathering.
- Map needs, develop and execute digital and in-person training programs, including e-learning, webinars, workshops, and certifications.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, Customer Support, and Global Service to align training content with technical updates and business needs.
- Monitor training effectiveness using QA screening, through KPIs, assessments, and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Ensure consistent global standards while adapting training to local market requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, training platforms, and tools (e.g., LMS).
- Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations in training technology and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in service training, technical training, or L&D roles in a global tech or industrial company.
- At least 3 years in a leadership/management position.
- Strong background in technical training design and delivery (hardware/software products).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages a plus.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders globally.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in solar energy, power electronics, or renewable energy industries.
- Instructional design certification or training methodologies background.
- Hands-on technical background is an advantage (engineering, support, etc.
