We are looking for bright algorithmic and software developers for our office in Hod Hasharon, Israel.

Who You Are

You thrive on puzzles, performance bottlenecks and data-driven decisions. You are not an “enterprise” coder. You think and move like an engineer-researcher: you spot a problem, design an experiment, build a lean solution, measure results—and iterate.

What You’ll Do

Quant Research: Experiment with new ideas for signals, features, and trading methods using NumPy and Pandas. Evaluate them using statistical modeling and simulations, and deploy the best.

Write efficient Python for prototyping, backtesting and deploying automatic medium-frequency trading strategies. Build and maintain data pipelines, risk controls and order execution.

Profile, troubleshoot and optimize code to meet performance needs without overengineering

Using Numba/Cython or other hacks as needed.

Participate in diverse sofrware tasks from Performance optimizations, Real-time programming, API Integrations, software architecture, AI-programming tools, Vectorized Algorithms, Parallel Processing

Be Part of the Core Team: Work on important and high-impact tasks, together with company founders and top-talent.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Intermediate-level Python, i.e. High Performance Coding using Threading, Multiprocessing, Asyncio , Numba / Cython.
• Experience with Data Science tasks in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks)
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, OOP.
• Strong math background: statistics, linear algebra, probability.
• Problem solver: goal oriented, able to tackle challanges, work with accuracy, dilligently, quickly fill knowledge gaps, and ability to prioritize what truely matters.
• Ability to code with almost bug-free by self checking and not relying on QA & testings.
• Experience with Linux, Git, and Agile development.

Nice-to-Have (but not required)

• Prior exposure to financial markets or trading strategies.
• Machine learning fundamentals and model implementation.
• Experience with high performance languages such as C++
