Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenasWe develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications   We are looking for an Algorithm Developer to join our site in HolonThe Algorithms team is at the forefront of developing groundbreaking capabilities in SIGINT and ESM technologiesWe design and implement advanced algorithms for cutting-edge systems, driving the research and development process from theoretical concept to operational deployment   Responsibilities   Research and develop breakthrough technologies in the SIGINT and ESM domainsDesign advanced algorithms for state-of-the-art systemsLead R&D processes from initial theoretical research through to demonstrator development and full-scale implementation in operational systems   Requirements   Master's degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences or Data Science – mustPhD – advantageProven experience in algorithmic R&D in Computer Vision or Signal Processing – mustExperience in large-scale, complex projects – advantageBackground in developing ELINT, SIGINT, EW or radar systems – advantageExperience in developing Deep Learning-based solutions – advantage
