PPC Team Leader

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on PPC Team Leader to lead our campaign management team while actively running campaigns for our largest clients.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in both shaping strategy and executing it. Success means building a strong, professional team, leading by example, and ensuring our clients see real, measurable results from their campaigns.

• Lead, mentor, and support our PPC team to ensure professional growth and high performance
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns for key clients across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more)
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and tech teams to deliver outstanding campaign results
• Develop and implement campaign strategies based on client goals and industry best practices
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team
• Analyze performance data and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns (PPC)
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Proven leadership abilities or experience mentoring others
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for digital marketing and delivering real results
