PPC Campaign Manager | Location: Sharon Area (Kfar Saba) – Full-time

About the Company & Role: A performance-driven digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced PPC Campaign Manager. The role focuses on managing substantial advertising budgets and driving data-led growth strategies across diverse client portfolios.

Role Summary: The position entails full lifecycle management of digital media campaigns, from strategic planning through daily hands-on optimization focused on core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR). The campaign manager will serve as the lead professional authority for clients, analyzing conversion data, and delivering actionable business recommendations based on performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and continuously optimize high-budget campaigns across major digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, and others).
• Lead direct, ongoing client communication, including expectation management, performance reviews, and data presentations.
• Develop digital media strategies and translate quantitative performance metrics into clear recommendations for business growth.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify new acquisition channels and optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven hands-on experience in paid media management (PPC), preferably managing significant ad spend.
• Proven experience in direct client management, leading strategic reviews, and presenting analytical performance reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach and confidence in data-driven decision-making.
• Significant advantage: Proficiency in GA4 and GTM, familiarity with WordPress, or experience with Native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
