We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Leading Law Firm | Tel Aviv

A top-tier law firm in Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its dynamic HR team. This is a diverse and impactful role, covering the full employee lifecycle and serving as a strategic partner to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for a business division, providing ongoing support to both managers and employees
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers on a wide range of topics: employee engagement, talent development, performance improvement, recruitment strategies, team management, incentives, and retention
• Lead key HR processes in alignment with the annual HR strategy: needs assessment, training plans, performance evaluations, and employee experience
• Conduct recruitment interviews and manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate closely with department heads, managing partners, and HQ teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• 4–5 years of HR experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Proven experience working directly with senior leadership
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Team player with solid experience as part of an HR team
