We are looking for a Call Center Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive growth in one of the most in-demand fields today – cybersecurity education.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a sales call center team of five academic advisors
Recruit, train, and motivate new team members
Oversee daily operations and ensure achievement of sales targets
Opportunity to grow within a leading tech-education company
Requirements:

Proven experience managing a sales team – mandatory
Experience in recruiting and training sales representatives – mandatory
Background in phone-based sales – mandatory
Strong drive to succeed and earn well
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Full-time availability in Herzliya Pituach
High motivation, self-discipline, and a positive attitude
