Sales Team Lead – High-Tech Sector

About the Role:
As a Sales Team Lead, you’ll manage and mentor a team of Account Managers focused on high-tech and ISV clients. Beyond managing existing relationships, you’ll play a central role in developing new markets, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding Bynet’s footprint in the software industry.
This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on business development with strategic team leadership.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers serving high-tech/software clients
- Identify and create new business opportunities within the software/ISV market
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and verticals
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
- Lead complex sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including pre-sales, delivery, and procurement teams
- Monitor market trends, analyze performance, and continuously optimize the sales approach
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience managing a B2B sales or account management team
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales (infrastructure, cloud, or managed services)
- Proven experience in hunting and developing new markets or verticals
- Strong familiarity with the ISV/SaaS/software ecosystem – advantage
- Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
