A leading defense technology company is seeking a highly skilled FPGA Design Engineer to join its R&D division. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring proven experience in complex FPGA development.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and verification of programmable logic devices and internal modules.
- Use of tools for synthesis, place & route (P&R), constraint writing, and bitstream generation.
- Lab testing and functional verification of FPGA designs.
- Documentation of design and test procedures.
- Defining hardware/software interfaces, writing technical specifications, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – must.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in logical design (preferably using VHDL) and verification (preferably using SystemVerilog).
- Strong knowledge of FPGA design tools, constraint writing, timing closure, and IO planning.
- Familiarity with IP libraries and hard-core components.
- High-level proficiency in English.
- Ability to work with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Experience with embedded processors (uBlaze, NIOS, RISC-V, ARM).
- Knowledge of communication interfaces (RS232, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, DDR3/4).
- Familiarity with internal bus protocols (AXI, AVALON, AHB).
- Programming experience in C or embedded systems.
- Background in signal processing, modem development, or AI-based solutions.
- Experience in FPGA design for space applications.
