Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for blockchain security
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and design teams
• Lead sprint planning and cross-functional execution
• Translate market and customer needs into impactful product features
• Align go-to-market plans with marketing and sales
• Champion product usability, performance, and security
• Work closely with the Head of the Blockchain Unit

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management (preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity)
• Proven track record of delivering successful products end-to-end
• Strong technical background and experience working with R&D teams
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and leading development cycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, driven, and passionate about innovation

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience in the blockchain / Web3 ecosystem
• Background in cybersecurity or secure software development
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment
