Data Analyst

A leading company in Ness Ziona is looking for a Data Analyst to join its growing team.

This is a junior-to-mid level position, ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data analysis and strong hands-on skills with Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to improve business processes
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, and management teams to translate business needs into data insights
• Build statistical models and forecasting tools based on historical data
• Communicate key findings clearly and visually to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and working with large datasets
• Proficiency with BI tools – especially Tableau (must)
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R – a significant advantage
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
