This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Raanana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Previous experience in the cleaning services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
