As we expand, we're seeking an exceptional Creative Team Leader to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and shape the overall visual identity of our games - from concept to execution
• Partner closely with Product, Monetization, CRM, and Marketing to align visual design with game goals
• Review and provide feedback on all visual assets, ensuring top-notch quality and coherence
• Maintain a high-level view of all art functions in the company to ensure visual consistency
• Build, mentor, and inspire a creative team working across multiple departments
• Drive the implementation of best practices, tools, and AI-powered workflows
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Animation, UI/UX, and Art
• Balance day-to-day execution with long-term creative strategy
• Deliver hands-on creative work if needed: UI, sketches, concept art, vision boards, and more

Requirments:

• At least 5 years of experience in visual design, UI, or game art, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience working in the mobile games industry.
• Strong visual and artistic skills, with a sharp eye for detail and style
• Deep understanding of UI/UX, wireframes, and Figma workflows
• Solid familiarity with Photoshop and game-ready assets
• Experience in matrix management and cross-team leadership
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills - able to switch between vision and detail
• Experience in integrating AI tools into creative workflows
