The company has built a digital banking app designed for under-served populations such as migrant workers and marginalized communities in Israel providing access to essential financial tools not otherwise available through traditional banking systems.

In parallel, they have developed a B2B product offering end-to-end cross-border payment solutions via a modern API-driven platform that enables real-time global money transfers using cutting-edge technology.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, right by the train line, operating in a hybrid model. They currently have 90 employees, including 23 in R&D, and are backed by strong financial investors, while also revenue-generating with tens of thousands of active customers.

About the Role-

• Join a growing Data Team of 3 Analysts and 2 Data Engineers
• Report directly to the VP of Data
• Take ownership of E2E data processes across product and business
• Lead data-driven decisions and partner closely with Product, Marketing, and R&D
• Drive and analyze A/B tests to inform product strategy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and Tableau
• Help define KPIs, track performance, and surface insights

Qualifications-

• Proficient knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and excellent skills in Excel - a must!
• Experience in product analytics tools and methodology, product instrumenting, data modeling, events, and funnel tracking, and proven ability to drive product insights.
• Experience working with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, etc.
• 4 years of proven hands-on experience in an analytical product role.
