Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute our recruitment strategy. If you’re a people person with a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of hiring processes, we’d love to meet you!

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and recruiting activities in the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition (tech company - an advantage)
• Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet growth needs, especially across technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (operations, finance, sales) roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
