Role Summary

We are looking for a sharp and business-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end analytical processes and play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and promote business growth.

What you’ll do: 

Conduct deep-dive data analysis to extract insights that support key business initiatives.
Provide recommendations based on data to help improve performance and optimize processes.
Define and monitor KPIs to track progress and identify trends.
Perform smart monitoring of operational and strategic processes.
Participate in the development of data infrastructure and analytical models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Clearly communicate analytical findings and insights through presentations, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to various stakeholders

Who you are? 

At least 3 years of experience as a data or business analyst
A creative and analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset
A strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Building dashboards and reports that drive decision-making
Contributing to the design of data models and infrastructure
Working with large datasets using SQL
Using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to visualize trends and performance
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
