The opportunity

We are seeking an International Retail Success Manager to lead our relationships with retail partners abroad, with a focus on Europe. In this role, you’ll combine customer success, project management, and go-to-market operations to ensure that our partners derive maximum value from ReaLo’s solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to establish best practices, influence strategy, and be a key driver of our international growth.

What will you do?

Project Management & Implementations (50%)

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and handover of implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Studio, Sales) to deliver solutions on time and at high quality.
• Document and refine processes to improve scalability and consistency.

Customer Success & Onboarding (30%)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our European retail partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships that drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.
• Proactively monitor account health and identify opportunities to enhance success.

Go-To-Market Operations (20%)

• Support go-to-market initiatives for European retail launches.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop playbooks and operational best practices for international expansion.
• Collect and share market insights to inform product development and strategy.

Who are you?

• You have 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project management, operations, or go-to-market roles—ideally within retail, retail tech, or hardware companies.
• You have a strong technological aptitude and are comfortable translating complex solutions into clear, actionable steps.
• You are an exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited to shape and scale new processes.
• You are fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• You are willing and able to travel periodically to Europe as needed.
