Content Manager

FXEmpire is expanding! We're seeking a Financial Content Manager to lead the development and oversight of forex and CFD broker content across several additional domains of the FXEmpire website.

In this role, you'll ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of our reviews, guides, and educational materials—empowering traders worldwide with reliable, transparent, and insightful financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize content related to forex and CFD brokers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and editorial excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a global team of translators and editors, upholding high content standards across multiple languages.
• Proofread, edit, and upload articles using WordPress, maintaining consistency with our tone, voice, and brand.
• Collaborate with PR agencies to strengthen FXEmpire’s brand presence and authority in the financial sector.
• Develop and enforce editorial guidelines tailored to the finance and trading space.
• Oversee the content production workflow, including scheduling, publishing, and quality control.
• Coordinate payment flows for contributors, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
• Partner with the product team on editorial initiatives, providing content expertise and strategic input.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in content editing, writing, or editorial project management—ideally within the finance or fintech space.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, editing, and fact-checking skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with WordPress, SEO principles, and AP Style (a plus).
• Self-starter with a strong interest in finance, trading, and continuous learning.
• Fluent in English; additional fluency in Spanish, Italian, or Arabic is a strong advantage.

What Will You Do in This Position

• Coordinate and manage a team of translators and editors across multiple languages, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Hire and onboard freelance contributors via platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn, as needed.
• Create and manage budgets, collect invoices, and facilitate payments to freelancers in coordination with the finance team.
• Oversee and maintain content across several FXEmpire domains, including Arabic, Italian, and Spanish versions.
• Upload, format, and edit articles and media in WordPress, ensuring consistency with editorial standards.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics to support content strategy and improve engagement.
