- Full responsibility for all quality-related aspects during development, testing, production, supplier management, delivery, and customer support stages.
- Participation in design reviews, definition of quality requirements at all project levels, and follow-up on their implementation.
- Involvement in design verification and system qualification processes within the project.
- Responding to RFPs, leading investigations, and managing quality activities with subcontractors.
- Leading continuous improvement processes across various operational domains.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Quality Manager working with customers and subcontractors, both domestically and internationally – mandatory.
- Good command of English – mandatory.
- Familiarity with AS9100D standard and its application in military systems – advantage.
- Master's degree in Quality Assurance and Reliability – advantage.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Strong matrix management skills.
- Assertiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
