Quality Assurance Engineer

• Full responsibility for all quality-related aspects during development, testing, production, supplier management, delivery, and customer support stages.
• Participation in design reviews, definition of quality requirements at all project levels, and follow-up on their implementation.
• Involvement in design verification and system qualification processes within the project.
• Responding to RFPs, leading investigations, and managing quality activities with subcontractors.
• Leading continuous improvement processes across various operational domains.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Quality Manager working with customers and subcontractors, both domestically and internationally – mandatory.
• Good command of English – mandatory.
• Familiarity with AS9100D standard and its application in military systems – advantage.
• Master's degree in Quality Assurance and Reliability – advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Strong matrix management skills.
• Assertiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
