POSITION: Data Analyst & Consumer Insights

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Lead market research initiatives with a strong focus on behavioural insights, analysis, and informatics.
2. Define research scopes and objectives, working hands-on with diverse data sources (sales, surveys, social listening) to transform findings into visually engaging, insight-driven stories.
3. Deliver high-impact presentations (in English) to senior-level stakeholders, supporting consulting projects, PR materials, and product ideation with powerful PowerPoint visuals.
4. This is an individual contributor role – no direct people management.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with market research tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw business insights from diverse data sources.
• Passionate about discovering the story behind the data.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize information into a coherent and compelling narrative.
• Fluent English (native level or close) – essential for presenting and writing.
• Advanced Excel – must-have.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI – must-have
