About The Role
In this crucial role, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our B2B service, which empowers companies to seamlessly provide employee food allowances.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the B2B corporate sector, expertly managing intricate and extended sales processes.
- Engage potential clients proactively through both strategic in-person meetings and effective virtual presentations, building immediate rapport and trust.
- Articulate compelling value propositions, demonstrating how 10Bis's innovative solutions directly address the evolving welfare, benefits, and dining needs of diverse organizations.
- Drive the entire sales cycle with precision, from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Consistently achieve and surpass ambitious sales quotas, demonstrating resilience and a strong ability to perform under pressure.
- Take full ownership of your pipeline, exhibiting exceptional initiative, accountability, and a client-first service mentality.
- Provide insightful sales performance analysis and stay ahead of market trends and competitive developments.
- 2-4 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a strong background in managing complex organizational accounts and long sales cycles.
- Exceptional ability to forge new connections and cultivate robust relationships with key decision-makers.
- A deep understanding of employee welfare, benefits, and HR solutions in the corporate landscape is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in reporting and follow-up.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with sales technology.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
