The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our global HR team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. This role reports directly to the CHRO and partners closely with senior leadership across global, multicultural teams, particularly in Go-to-Market (GTM) functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This is not a traditional HR role, it’s a high-impact opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to executives, influence HR strategy globally, and lead organizational initiatives that drive scale, agility, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner with executive leaders to design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
• Act as a sounding board and thought partner to leadership on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development efforts within GTM and client-facing functions.

Talent Development & Performance

• Drive a high-performance culture by leading strategic performance management, development planning, and career pathing initiatives.
• Champion talent mobility and readiness through robust internal development frameworks and coaching programs.

Culture & Organizational Effectiveness

• Guide cultural evolution in alignment with Personetics’ values during periods of scaling and change.
• Drive engagement and retention by fostering an inclusive, motivating, and globally consistent employee experience.

HR Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner with the CHRO and global HR leadership team to shape HR strategies and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, etc.) to roll out programs effectively and consistently across regions

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in global SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven track record of supporting GTM and customer-facing functions at scale.
• Experience navigating organizational change, driving culture initiatives, and building leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels, from ICs to C-suite.
• Highly self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
• Experience managing employee relations across multiple regions and cultures.
• Psychometric certification (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, etc.) - an advantage.
• Fluency in English required
