We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Manager. You’ll assist our users, respond to their inquiries, and ensure they’re making the most of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to user questions via chat and email
Guide new users through the platform and onboarding process
Share common user feedback or suggestions with the team
Maintain and update help guides and FAQs
Support with simple admin tasks such as webinar coordination and follow-up emails
Manage user communications through posts, emails, and other messaging channels

Requirements

A part-time role suitable for students looking to gain experience alongside their studies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very good level of English, both written and spoken
Confident using online platforms and digital tools
Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
An interest in property or tech is a plus, but not essential
