Part-Time Customer Success Manager (Student Job)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Manager. You’ll assist our users, respond to their inquiries, and ensure they’re making the most of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user questions via chat and email
• Guide new users through the platform and onboarding process
• Share common user feedback or suggestions with the team
• Maintain and update help guides and FAQs
• Support with simple admin tasks such as webinar coordination and follow-up emails
• Manage user communications through posts, emails, and other messaging channels

Requirements

• A part-time role suitable for students looking to gain experience alongside their studies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Very good level of English, both written and spoken
• Confident using online platforms and digital tools
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
• An interest in property or tech is a plus, but not essential
