A leading service company to financial organizations specializing in Online Marketing is looking for an Email Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives
• Plan and execute multi-channel communications campaigns
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of diverse email campaigns, from content creation to deployment
• Manage trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and drive better engagement
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and optimize future campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure cohesive and effective email campaigns
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive strategic improvements
• Proficiency in HTML for crafting and refining email templates
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM software
• Previous experience working with OneSignal or Brevo is a huge advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Languages: English (must), Arabic (advantage)
