• Creating authentic, high-quality, and inspiring content for both organic and paid campaigns
• Managing multicultural digital communities
• Writing, editing, and producing content tailored to each platform
• Leading our social channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more
• Working with diverse audiences and thinking creatively every day
• Developing a multi-channel social strategy and building a monthly content plan
• Monitoring and analyzing key KPIs
• Collaborating with influencers, content creators, and relevant communities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in creating high-impact, precise content for companies on social media- required
• Strong familiarity with the social media landscape and current trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram- required
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English (additional languages - an advantage)-  required
• Proficiency in editing and design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and others
• Advantage: Familiarity with AI-based tools for content creation and performance analysis
• Strong editing and visual storytelling skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Team player with excellent communication skills and initiative
• Willingness to occasionally take part in company events during evenings or weekends
• Advantage: Familiarity with platforms such as WeChat, Line, or Telegram
• Valid driver’s license- required
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution - required
