About the role
We are actively seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to become part of our team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be pivotal in identifying and engaging with top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp acumen for spotting potential candidates, adeptness in sourcing techniques, and the ability to foster strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Hold full ownership of managing E2E hiring process, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing prospective candidates, screening and phone interviewing candidates
- Source and engage candidates, using strategic, creative and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels
- Be a strategic partner to the management as the go-to person for all talent acquisition matters
- Ensure the best candidate experience
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Shaping and managing the hiring processes to support our rapid growth, with your high standards, creativity and mentoring skills
- This role has a lot of freedom and places to expand, we’re looking for someone with super-high motivation, to use this space wisely
Requirements
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Expert or equivalent role.
- Proven track record in successfully hiring for R&D positions.
- Proven proficiency in a wide range of sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with recruiting databases and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, among others.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience with Comeet - advantage
