About The Role

Lightricks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Helpdesk Assistant to join our IT support team. This role is based in our Jerusalem office, and a part-time position (Minimum 2 days a week, preference for 3 days).

This role involves direct interaction with Lightricks employees, providing technical support and managing the internal IT equipment inventory.

What you will be doing

• Provide first-line support for employees through our internal ticketing system.
• Manage hardware requests and equipment replacements (laptops, peripherals, accessories, etc.).
• Oversee and maintain the IT storage and inventory room.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing or wiping laptops for new and departing employees.
• Work closely with the IT Procurement Manager on hardware-related logistics and tracking.
  
  

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technical discipline).
• At least 1 year of studies remaining.
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week on-site (3 days preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as moving and setting up equipment.
• Fluent in Hebrew. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
