A global company specializing in system integration, turnkey assemblies, and production of multidisciplinary systems—mainly for the defense and high-tech industries—is looking for a talented and experienced Key Account Manager.
This is a high-impact position, responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, leading internal operations, and driving project execution from early development through to full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Back Office and Customer Service team
- Serve as the escalation point for client needs and project-related issues
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and support account growth
- Lead multidisciplinary projects from R&D through manufacturing
- Own pricing processes across all company products
- Approve quotations and client purchase orders
- Define and track KPIs across departments for performance optimization
- Support production planning, material control, and prioritization
- Manage engineering change requests from clients and implement in ERP
- Maintain ERP system (Priority) in relevant operational areas
- Conduct data analysis and initiate continuous improvement strategies
Requirements:
- Academic degree required – advantage for engineering background
- Technical experience in mechanics, assemblies, or electronics – a plus
- Proven track record in industrial project management
- Hands-on experience in pricing, BOM structure, and transition from R&D to production
- Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High-level English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
