Key Account Manager

A global company specializing in system integration, turnkey assemblies, and production of multidisciplinary systems—mainly for the defense and high-tech industries—is looking for a talented and experienced Key Account Manager.

This is a high-impact position, responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, leading internal operations, and driving project execution from early development through to full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Sales Back Office and Customer Service team
• Serve as the escalation point for client needs and project-related issues
• Strengthen relationships with key clients and support account growth
• Lead multidisciplinary projects from R&D through manufacturing
• Own pricing processes across all company products
• Approve quotations and client purchase orders
• Define and track KPIs across departments for performance optimization
• Support production planning, material control, and prioritization
• Manage engineering change requests from clients and implement in ERP
• Maintain ERP system (Priority) in relevant operational areas
• Conduct data analysis and initiate continuous improvement strategies

Requirements:

• Academic degree required – advantage for engineering background
• Technical experience in mechanics, assemblies, or electronics – a plus
• Proven track record in industrial project management
• Hands-on experience in pricing, BOM structure, and transition from R&D to production
• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• High-level English (written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
