We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development, delivery, and success of our software products, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives. As a pivotal team member, you will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to create innovative software solutions that solve real-world problems and drive market success. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, user empathy, and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on market demand, business goals, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and QA, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure product performance and guide decision-making.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are central to product development efforts.
• Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategies, training, and cross-team coordination.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment, preferably with SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Familiarity with software development processes, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data to make informed decisions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product requirements and strategies effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful product solutions.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
