AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of the company AI-based and Gen AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of AI solutions that meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI and machine learning technologies, product management experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition, using insights to guide product decisions.

● Define and drive the AI and Gen AI product strategy, aligning goals with business objectives and market opportunities.

● Work closely with startups, creating proof-of-concept environments to drive rapid and impactful change, and contribute to building scalable, final solutions.

● Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on feedback, demand, and goals.

● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and effective communication.

● Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products.

● Ensure AI products are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet target user needs.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and machine learning products.

● Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, frameworks, and tools. Experience with bringing AI and Gen AI capabilities to production.

● Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

● Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

● Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering value through innovative products.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
