Account Manager for the Defense Sector at SQLINK

An exciting opportunity to step into the dynamic and strategic world of defense and technology in a versatile, leadership-oriented role.

Our office is located in the Bursa area, Ramat Gan – right on the train line.

Responsibilities:

-Manage ongoing relationships with senior executives and strategic clients

-Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and support candidate placement-

-Own job openings end-to-end: open new roles, gather requirements, draft job descriptions, and brief the recruitment team

-Lead negotiations, contracts, and procurement pricing

-Expand the client portfolio while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships

-Work cross-functionally with internal and external interfaces in a matrix environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience working with defense organizations

- Willingness to travel frequently and engage in fieldwork

- Experience or familiarity with tech recruitment - an advantage
