What We’re Looking For

Based in Israel, The Professional Services engineer has a crucial role to the success of the company. Reporting to the Delivery Director he will work closely with Allot’s customers (mainly Digital Enforcement Customers), peers, Product Management, Sales Engineering, solution architecture and R&D.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for deploying Allot’s products at our customers (mainly Digital Enforcement Customers)
• Responsible for execution of proof of concepts, trials and demos
• Deliver on-site technical training to partners and customers
• Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
• Create technical documents including ATP (Acceptance Test Plan), MOPs (Method of Procedure) and HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design) etc.
• Stage systems offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality
• Serve as technical leader in front of customers and partners
  
  

• Possess solid technical telecommunications skills - must
• Proven hands-on network engineering experience - must
• Linux knowledge - must
• DPI experience - big advantage
• Signature experience – an advantage
• Network security experience-an advantage
• System experience (such Diameter, Radius, DHCP etc.) and big data analytics -an advantage
• Bash and other scripting skills- an advantage
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Openstack)-an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Service oriented
• Self-learner
• Willing to travel to customer sites in EMEA (including Africa, ME and CIS)
