HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of employee data, supporting core HR processes, and partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations both in Israel and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
• Process end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all HR transactions.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as a focal point for collaboration with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Business Analysis, and other relevant departments.
• Act as the key liaison with the internal IT department to maintain and further develop the HRIS system.
• Partner with Payroll teams (IL and international) on reporting, process alignment, RSU grant tracking, and ongoing coordination.
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or other HR-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized academic institution. Quantitative degrees are also welcome.
• Significant experience in HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits (C&B) is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
