Role Description

The Product Development Technologist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting research and development, working with food science and food technology to create and improve products, ensuring food and beverage quality, and overseeing food manufacturing processes. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Food Science and Food Technology skills
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) in the Food & Beverage industry
• Skills in Food Manufacturing and understanding of production processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
