Role Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven User Acquisition (UA) Mobile Manager to lead and scale our mobile growth efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in mobile UA who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing acquisition strategies across key advertising platforms, to drive high-quality users and support Buff Play’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize mobile UA campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Moloco, AppLovin, Unity, and others.
- Analyze campaign performance data to maximize return on investment and hit aggressive user growth KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and user funnels to improve performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets tailored to our target audiences.
- Manage and report on advertising budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and scale.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase) to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategic adjustments.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or consumer app sectors.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful UA campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Experience working with Play-to-Earn (P2E) models, demonstrating an understanding of acquisition challenges and opportunities in incentive-driven ecosystems.
- Proficiency with mobile marketing tools and attribution platforms (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and drive decision-making based on data.
- Creative and strategic mindset with a deep understanding of what drives engagement and conversion.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
