Software Engineering Team Lead

An impressive Israeli cybersecurity startup specializing in Secret Management, offering a SaaS B2B platform that helps development, DevOps, and security teams manage and protect all types of secrets such as credentials, passwords, identities, and keys.

The platform allows centralized and secure handling of organizational secrets without exposing customer content, and without requiring installation or maintenance.

Based in central Israel near a train station, the company combines in-office and remote work. It currently has 90 employees, with 50 located in Israel.

The role-

• Lead a team of 3–5 developers (Backend in Go, Frontend in React + TypeScript)
• Report to a Group Manager
• Take 30–40% hands-on role in the development process
• Work within a modern tech stack including Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture
• Guide team members, review code, and contribute to architectural decisions

Requirements-

• Hands-on experience with Go and React
• Experience with at least one of the following backend languages: Go, Node.js, or Python
• Strong background in Frontend development
• Experience working in Cloud environments
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker
• Previous experience in startup companies
