We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our growth engine for scalable user acquisition and retention across global markets.
At Air Doctor, you will lead full-funnel marketing, web strategy, performance campaigns, and SEO coordination—playing a critical role in bringing accessible, high-quality care to travelers and patients worldwide.

We’re an Israel-based high-tech startup driving change in the global tourism industry.
We’ve just secured $20M, which we plan on using to grow our global footprint through international branches.
Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.
What You’ll Do at Air Doctor
- Own and optimize the growth funnel from brand awareness through onboarding, activation, and retention—focusing on both B2C and B2B2C channels (insurers, travel partners, etc.).
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Apply a deep understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and creative testing to continuously improve performance.
- Perform daily analysis and reporting on performance using Google Analytics, delivering actionable insights.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager for campaign tracking and implementation.
- Design and manage marketing automation workflows using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Oversee the strategy, design, and performance of our global web presence, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Drive execution of an SEO roadmap—from technical improvements and content strategy to keyword growth and performance reporting.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track core growth KPIs, generate insights, and guide prioritization.
- Test, learn, and iterate quickly across landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows—leveraging A/B testing and behavioral insights.
- Partner closely with product and tech teams to align growth initiatives with user experience.
- Collaborate with external freelancers, influencers, and creative partners to scale content and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead creative brief development, asset coordination, and performance tracking for all paid media assets.
- Plan budgets and scale campaigns based on performance, optimizing for efficiency and ROI.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in consumer tech, digital health, or marketplace businesses.
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable results.
- Deep analytical and experimentation mindset, with fluency in marketing attribution, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, and test design.
- Strong technical understanding of marketing analytics tools (GA, GTM), automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent), and reporting dashboards.
- Proven track record in optimizing high-performing web assets and user journeys.
- Collaborative, hands-on marketer who can lead projects independently in a global, agile environment.
- Strong bias toward iteration, experimentation, and actionable learning.
