As we continue to scale our global impact, we’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Growth Team Leader to drive our performance-based demand generation efforts. This role demands deep expertise in performance marketing—particularly on Facebook and YouTube—alongside a strong command of funnel optimisation, testing frameworks, attribution modelling, and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll own strategy and execution across key acquisition channels. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a sharp analytical edge, and a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage paid user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, affiliate channels, and more
- Drive measurable growth through constant testing and optimisation of ads, audiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Build and lead a small cross-functional growth team
- Collaborate closely with the creative studio to produce high-performing content tailored for acquisition
- Oversee campaign tracking, attribution setup, analytics (GA4, GTM), and performance automation
- Monitor key metrics, generate actionable insights, and report results to stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing, product, CRM, and content teams to optimise the full customer journey
- Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance-based user acquisition
- Demonstrated success in managing campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, and with affiliate partners
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking technologies, funnel analysis, and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to take ownership—from strategy through execution and scaling
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on outcomes, agility, and creative problem-solving
- Experience in B2C acquisition and working with creative and cross-functional teams is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical and creative skills with a performance-first mindset
- Fluent in spoken and written English
