We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for Search Arbitrage. This expanded media-buyer role requires someone who can combine sharp analytical thinking, creative judgment, and AI-powered workflow design to drive profitable growth.

You will:

• Own and scale large monthly budget in search-arbitrage, while maintaining aggressive profitability targets.
• Define, implement, and iterate strategies and automations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the content and marketing teams to build, shape, and analyze the campaign and keywords strategy.
• Partner closely with the Product and BI teams to define the automation, features, and reporting needed to maximize results.
• Monitor performance daily, digging into data to uncover insights, diagnose issues, and surface new growth levers.
• Champion AI-driven workflows, quickly adopting and integrating new AI tools to streamline analysis, creative generation, and experimentation.

You have:

• 1+ year of hands-on search-arbitrage experience on Facebook (mandatory); TikTok experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ownership of large budgets with proven profitability.
• Sharp analytical skills - comfortable diving into raw performance data, spotting patterns, and translating them into clear actions.
• Keen creative eye - able to quickly evaluate ad concepts, copy and visuals and articulate data-backed feedback that lifts performance.
• AI fluency: track record of leveraging AI tools to speed testing, reporting, and decision-making.
• Fluent English - spoken and written.
• Self-starter mindset: You thrive in fast-moving environments, set high standards, move fast, and push projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
