COMBLACK is hiring an IT Specialist !

This is an independent role that includes front-line support and ongoing maintenance of computing equipment, peripherals, VC systems, and network infrastructure .

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in technical support
Proficiency in Windows 11 operating systems and server services (AD, DHCP, DNS)
Experience with SCCM, imaging, network troubleshooting, and hardware equipment
Knowledge in communication systems, smartphone synchronization, and VC applications (Zoom, Teams, Meet)
Proven experience working independently in large sites
MCP or MCT certification – a significant advantage
