COMBLACK is hiring an IT Specialist !
This is an independent role that includes front-line support and ongoing maintenance of computing equipment, peripherals, VC systems, and network infrastructure .
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical support
- Proficiency in Windows 11 operating systems and server services (AD, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience with SCCM, imaging, network troubleshooting, and hardware equipment
- Knowledge in communication systems, smartphone synchronization, and VC applications (Zoom, Teams, Meet)
- Proven experience working independently in large sites
- MCP or MCT certification – a significant advantage
