A well-known and veteran high-tech company in the field of information security is recruiting a Technology Outsourcing Recruitment Coordinator

The role includes:

Full responsibility for managing end-to-end recruitment processes: job characterization with clients, advertising, sourcing, CV screening, conducting in-depth interviews (telephone and face-to-face), providing professional opinions and accompanying candidates until they are hired.

Managing ongoing contact with existing clients in the field of outsourcing, including handling open requirements and expanding business activity.

Ongoing dealing with internal and external parties.

Responding to relevant tenders in the field.

Full-time position: Sun-Thu 8:30-17:30, at the company's offices in Tel Aviv

Proven experience in outsourcing recruitment - mandatory

Experience in recruiting for the technology field - a significant advantage

Proven mastery of advanced sourcing tools

Academic degree - Advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills, high verbal abilities and excellent human relations

Ability to work independently, initiative and a big head
