Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle within the organization, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. You will lead key HR processes and provide support to employees and managers on various issues.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead core HR processes within the company.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee mobility processes.
• Handle individual employee welfare matters and labor law compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on diverse HR issues.
• Be responsible for training and employee well-being initiatives.
  

• Bachelor's degree required in fields such as Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, or Behavioral Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion gained within an organization (demonstrated experience in recruitment and assessment for an in-house role is particularly important).
• Willingness to work full-time with flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Independent and highly responsible.
• Strong personal accountability, commitment, and dedication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High level of discretion.
• Thoroughness and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and engage with a wide range of internal interfaces
