IT Support & Systems Technician

M-Challenge Computing Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Support & Systems Technician to join our on-site team in the Tel Aviv District. As part of our dynamic and professional IT support team, you will be responsible for handling Tier 1–2 support requests, assisting clients with hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users (remote and on-site)

• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Office 365, printers, and network connectivity issues

• Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices

• Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers as needed

• Document support activities in our ticketing system (Freshdesk or equivalent)

• Monitor backups and alerts, and take proactive steps to resolve issues

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding users and maintaining user accounts

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluent in Hebrew; English at a working level

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Workspace)

• Exposure to backup and security tools (e.g., Sophos, SentinelOne, Fortinet)

• Certifications such as MCSA, CompTIA A+, or similar
