We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Product Marketing lead to lead the successful introduction, go-to-market, and adoption of our newest product.
As a Product Marketing lead, you’ll direct our newest strategic product that is currently in the development stage.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product
Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments
Work closely with the product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and market differentiation
Conduct market research and redefine our view of the competitive landscape to inform decision making regarding our roadmap and GTM strategy
Evaluate and optimize processes and frameworks to improve the effectiveness of product launches and cross-functional collaboration
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2C tech company- Must!
5+ years of experience managing people directly- hiring, mentoring and day to day management.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, and adoption strategies
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels, including wireframes and mockups
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
