Staff Product Manager (Relocation to Budapest)

THE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE

As a Product Manager, your job will be to own the outcomes.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team through ambiguity and complexity to deliver real, measurable impact:

• making tough calls with incomplete information
• aligning stakeholders
• and turning insight into clarity and clarity into action

You’ll be embedded with users - on sales calls, at field visits, in workshops - living and breathing their workflows.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of their pain points and use that to inform every decision.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with designers, engineers, and leadership, to test bold ideas, and validate prototypes.

You'll rally the team around high-impact bets, always pushing the team for operational excellence in execution.

We’re looking for someone who blends strategic thinking with executional grit. Someone who’s product-obsessed, highly collaborative, and always thinking in terms of customer outcomes.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Extensive industry experience and a proven track record in product development
• Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process
• A deep understanding of customer problems to create elegant, but practical solutions
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Use data and user research to make decisions
• Being familiar with native desktop and mobile interface guidelines
• Strong visual design, UX, and problem-solving skills as well as Experience in 3D modelling is a plus
