Supply Chain Director

Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease. As an increasingly growing company we’ve been accepted to FDA’s prestige Breakthrough Device Designation program.

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Director to join our Operations departement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize the entire supply chain process, from procurement and manufacturing to inventory control and distribution.
• Plan & coordinate production activity to utilize the available production capacity as efficiently as possible.
• Manage and monitor the day2day SC activities ensuring business goals are met.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent and quality supply.
• Handle Import/Export activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and coordinated operational activities.
• Supply Chain Management – lead the SC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years+ experience in operational management.
• Major Logistic/operation position in the medical device (compliant with ISO 13485) manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and driving projects to completion.
• Import / Export / Customs – Preferred
